Online Consultant for E-commerce Company in Funchal, Portugal

We are a growing e-commerce company based in Funchal, Portugal looking for an experienced Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our online customers.

Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries and assisting with product selection, processing orders and payments, and resolving any issues or complaints. You will also be responsible for managing product listings and ensuring accurate information is displayed on our website.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in online customer service or sales, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using e-commerce platforms. A friendly and professional demeanor is essential as you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. The working hours are flexible but require availability during peak times including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in online customer service or sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
