Online Consultant



We are a growing online consulting company based in Funchal, seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Online Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. As an Online Consultant, you will provide expert guidance and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a remote position and does not require the consultant to be physically present in Funchal.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking advice and assistance through online channels
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information and recommendations
- Conduct detailed research and analysis to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies for enhancing the overall client experience
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting all deadlines
- Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and new technological developments to continuously improve service offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Online Consultant or related role
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Superior problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using various online communication tools such as email, chat, video conferencing, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field (Masters degree preferred)

Salary: $900 per month
