Contract Moderator

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Contract Moderator to join our team in Funchal. As a moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing online forums, discussions, and communities. This is a contract position that offers a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all online discussions and user-generated content
- Ensure adherence to community guidelines and policies
- Engage with users in a professional and respectful manner
- Encourage productive and meaningful discussions within the community
- Respond to user inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content
- Collaborate with team members to improve community engagement strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a moderator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in written English
- Strong understanding of online communities and forum etiquette
- Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with tact and professionalism
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Familiarity with moderation tools is an asset
