Facade Technician

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain exterior facades on buildings, including cladding, curtain walls, and insulation systems
- Conduct inspections to identify any issues or damage to facades and develop solutions for repair or replacement
- Utilize various tools and equipment to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and welding
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in facade installation or maintenance
- Knowledge of different facade materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Must have own basic tools
- Fluency in Portuguese is preferred but not required

Location: Funchal, Portugal

Salary: $1100/month

Contract position with accommodation provided.
