Facade Technician


We are hiring a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Funchal. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in facade work and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain exterior facades of buildings
- Inspect facades for any damages or potential issues
- Determine the best methods and materials for facade installation and repairs
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and building codes
- Collaborate with contractors and other team members to complete projects on time
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide excellent customer service to clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience in facade installation, repair, or maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with various facade materials and installation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Must have own basic tools for the job

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position.
