Finisher Supervisor

As a Finisher Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing process of various products in a manufacturing setting. Your main duties will include ensuring that products are finished according to quality standards, monitoring production processes, and supervising a team of finishers. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that deadlines are met.

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in a similar position and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. A keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues are also essential. Additionally, you should have good physical stamina as this role may involve standing for long periods and performing manual labor.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the finishing process of products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Monitor production processes to identify any issues or delays
- Train new finishers and provide ongoing guidance to the team
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of finishing materials
- Ensure that deadlines are met by coordinating with other departments
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the finishing process
- Perform regular quality checks on finished products

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
- Previous experience as a finisher or in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent organizational abilities with an attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor if needed
