Part-Time Plasterboard Worker

We are in need of a part-time Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Funchal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the construction industry while working flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Install plasterboards onto walls and ceilings according to blueprints and specifications
- Measure and cut plasterboards to fit around obstacles
- Apply joint compound and tape to seal gaps between plasterboards
- Sand, smooth, and finish surfaces using sandpaper or specialized tools
- Repair or replace damaged or cracked plasterboards
- Clean and maintain work area and tools
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or as a Plasterboard Worker preferred, but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting tasks
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail for precise installation and finishing work
- Good communication skills for working with team members and clients

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Funchal, with the option to work on various construction sites within the city.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who have their own visa and accommodation arrangements. However, we are open to assisting with these matters if necessary.
