We are hiring a skilled Formworker to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and installing formwork for concrete structures, ensuring accuracy and high quality of work. You will also be required to read and interpret blueprints and follow safety guidelines.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong understanding of construction safety guidelines
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities:
- Construct and install formwork for concrete structures according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine materials needed
- Ensure accuracy and high quality of work through careful measurements and adjustments
- Follow safety guidelines at all times while on the job site
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Certification in Formworking or related field is preferred
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and work in various weather conditions
