Job Title: Part-time Formworker in Funchal, Portugal


We are currently hiring for a part-time Formworker to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and assembling molds used for concrete structures. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans to determine form specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials such as wood, metal, or plastic
- Cut and shape materials to specified measurements using hand or power tools
- Assemble forms using various materials such as wood, metal, or plastic
- Secure forms in place using nails, screws, or clamps
- Pour and spread concrete into forms according to specifications
- Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using tools such as trowels or floats
- Remove forms once concrete has dried and clean up work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker or similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and plans accurately
- Knowledge of different types of form materials and their uses
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions

Working Conditions:
