We are in need of a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Funchal. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces on various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by setting up forms and ensuring proper measurements
- Mix and pour concrete according to project specifications
- Smooth and level concrete using hand tools and power tools
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping, staining, or coloring to create desired textures and designs
- Monitor curing process to ensure proper drying and strength
- Repair or replace damaged concrete structures as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of concrete types, mixing ratios, and finishing techniques
- Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail for quality control purposes
