Part-Time Architectural Technologist in Funchal, Portugal


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis in Funchal, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our architects with the design development and technical aspects of projects. Your main duties will include creating detailed drawings and plans, conducting site visits, and coordinating with clients and contractors.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other related software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- A degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts for various projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD software
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is following the approved plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stay updated on current building codes and regulations in Portugal
- Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and procurement

Benefits:
This part-time position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. In addition, accommodation will be provided for the duration of your employment. We also offer free visa sponsorship and flight ticket reimbursement.
