Architectural Technologist in Funchal, Portugal



We are in search of an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for translating architectural designs into technical drawings and plans. You will also assist in the design process by providing technical expertise and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed technical drawings and plans based on architectural designs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy of drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess existing conditions
- Utilize relevant software programs for drawing and drafting
- Provide technical support during the design process
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in relevant software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Funchal, Portugal.
