We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Funchal. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures in the city. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the field and possess strong knowledge of architectural history and preservation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on historic buildings and structures
- Creating preservation plans and proposals
- Overseeing restoration projects and ensuring compliance with preservation standards
- Collaborating with other architects, engineers, and contractors
- Maintaining accurate records of all preservation work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of architectural history and preservation techniques
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with full-time employment. Accommodation will also be provided for the successful candidate. We will also assist with obtaining a visa and provide travel arrangements to Funchal.
