This individual will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans and drawings for various projects. Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design concepts to clients
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using CAD software
- Ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within given timelines
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Provide on-site support during construction phase if needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively
