Architectural Designer


We are in search of an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Funchal. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing plans for buildings, structures, and spaces. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to bring projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed plans and models
- Develop design concepts based on client needs and preferences
- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines
- Work with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Collaborate with contractors and other professionals during construction phase
- Conduct site visits to ensure design specifications are being met
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or regulatory agencies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Funchal or similar city/country preferred

Salary:
$1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
