We are seeking a talented and motivated Entry-Level Commercial Architect to join our team in Funchal. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals that meet their requirements
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and models of commercial building designs
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet industry standards
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review and approve plans, specifications, and material selections for commercial building projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:

Salary:
