Junior Commercial Architect in Funchal, Portugal


We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of commercial buildings and spaces. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and presentations for commercial projects
- Assist with creating detailed drawings, models, and renderings using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and participate in client meetings to gather project requirements
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and contractors
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Portfolio showcasing previous commercial projects or design work (preferred)
- Fluency in Portuguese (preferred)
