Industrial Architect

We are seeking a talented and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Funchal. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures, such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. This is a part-time job with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning industrial structures according to client requirements and industry standards
- Conducting site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information
- Creating detailed drawings, models, and designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborating with other architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure project success
- Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within allocated resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in industrial architecture design and planning
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members

Preferred:
- Experience working on biometric passport facilities or similar projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices for industrial structures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
