Our architectural firm in Funchal is seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses in Funchal and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and aesthetically appealing designs for industrial buildings
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, contractors, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month. In addition to the salary, we also provide accommodation for our employees. Please note that having a biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory.
