As a Contract Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design and construction process of various projects in Funchal. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing a team of architects and ensuring the quality and accuracy of project plans.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the architectural design process from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and other technical documents
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor and manage a team of architects
- Provide guidance on design standards, best practices, and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects within budget and on schedule
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with others
- Attention to detail
- Portuguese nationality or willingness to relocate to Funchal

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month. Additional benefits may be offered depending on experience level.
