Senior Architect


We are a leading architectural firm based in Funchal seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all stages of the design and construction process, from initial concept to project completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of architectural projects, including design, planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop creative design solutions.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software.
- Oversee the work of junior architects and ensure quality control throughout all stages of the project.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in architecture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and team members.

Salary: 1600$
Location: Funchal
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
