Our company, a leading manufacturing company in Funchal, is seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various mechanical components according to specifications. Your duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, using hand and power tools to cut and shape materials, and ensuring that all components are properly aligned and secured.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Fitter or in a similar role. You must have strong technical skills and be able to read and understand technical drawings. Attention to detail is crucial as the smallest mistake could affect the functionality of the final product.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent manual dexterity and physical strength to handle heavy materials. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Use hand tools such as saws, drills, grinders, etc. to cut and shape materials
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications
- Ensure proper alignment of components using measuring tools
- Use welding equipment to join metal parts together
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot any issues or problems that may arise during assembly process

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Fitter or in a similar role
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, drills, grinders, etc.
