Entry-Level Contract Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Entry-Level Contract Nurse to join our team in Funchal. As an entry-level nurse, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience while providing essential care to patients. Responsibilities:
- Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Monitor and record vital signs, changes in patient condition, and medication administration.
- Help patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans for patients.

Requirements:
- Must be a licensed nurse or have completed a nursing program.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients.
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Funchal.
