Junior Electrical Engineer


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Funchal. As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you will work closely with our experienced engineers to assist in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for various projects. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1500$. No prior experience is required, but a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in designing electrical systems for buildings, infrastructure, and other projects
- Conduct research and analysis to support project design and development
- Collaborate with team members to develop technical solutions for project challenges
- Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports
- Participate in on-site inspections and testing of electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and innovations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles
- Proficient in using CAD software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or co-op experience in an engineering role
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
