Executive Chef



As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards. Your creativity, leadership skills, and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for exceptional cuisine.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan menus that showcase our restaurant's unique style and appeal to a wide range of customers
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed
- Ensure that all food safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and seasonal specials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of food trends, flavor profiles, and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position. In addition to salary, we also offer attractive benefits packages including health insurance options.
