Executive Chef

We are in search of an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation. Your duties will include creating and updating menus, training and supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and ensuring food safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. You must also have excellent organizational skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a deep understanding of various cooking techniques.
