Sales Associate

We are a retail company in Funchal looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon entry and assist them with finding products
- Promote and sell products by educating customers on features and benefits
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Process incoming shipments and ensure proper product placement
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
- Meet sales goals set by management
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to better assist customers

Requirements:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: $900 per month (part-time)

Location: Funchal, Portugal. This position is open to both local residents and individuals with valid work visas.
