Part-Time Construction Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Funchal, Portugal. This role is ideal for someone looking for a part-time position with flexible hours.

As a Part-Time Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
- Review construction plans and ensure compliance with building codes
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control
- Prepare reports on project status, budget, and issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in project management software

Salary: $1100 per month (based on experience)
