Part-Time Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Funchal. As a part-time employee, you will work approximately 20-25 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that can be adjusted to accommodate your availability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Review and approve project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively manage project teams
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Funchal (Preferably Portuguese or EU National)
