As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the city of Funchal. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project plans are accurate and feasible
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
- Oversee hiring of contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
