Part-Time Office Assistant in Funchal



We are hiring a part-time office assistant to join our team in Funchal. As an office assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and answering phones. You will also be responsible for managing correspondence, performing data entry, and assisting with other office tasks as needed.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in an office setting is preferred but not required. This position is ideal for students looking for part-time work or individuals seeking a flexible schedule.

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. No accommodation is provided, so we prefer candidates who are already living in Funchal or willing to commute. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, we would love to have you join our team as our new part-time office assistant!
