We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Funchal, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. This position offers competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Train, motivate, and supervise the sales team to meet targets and objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the industry (minimum of 2 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal with visa sponsorship available for non-EU nationals
