As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team in our Funchal location. Your main goal will be to drive sales and increase revenue for our company through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Conduct performance evaluations for the sales team and provide feedback for improvement
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to achieve overall business objectives
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in a similar industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving results
- Familiarity with CRM software systems and MS Office Suite
- Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this part-time position.

This position is based in Funchal, Portugal. Relocation assistance can be provided if necessary.
