Sales Manager - Funchal, Portugal
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives in the city of Funchal, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and expand market share
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships with potential clients
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and showcase our products/services
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management
- Train new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth operations within the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management or related field
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market trends
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency preferred)
Salary: 1000$ per month
