Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

We are a busy restaurant located in the beautiful city of Funchal, seeking an experienced and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customers have an enjoyable dining experience
- Present menus and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a fine dining establishment
- Knowledge of multiple languages

Salary: $1600 per month

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate.
