Land Surveyor - Funchal, Portugal

We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine land boundary lines, elevations, and other geographical features. You will also be responsible for preparing reports and maps based on your findings, as well as working closely with engineers and architects to ensure accurate design plans. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, elevations, and other geographical features
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate design plans
- Acquire necessary permits and permissions for land surveys
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS equipment, total stations, and laser scanners
- Familiarity with CAD software for map creation
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Portuguese nationality or legal authorization to work in Portugal
- Experience working on construction projects
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
