Part-Time Land Surveyor (Funchal, Portugal)



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Land Surveyor to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and producing accurate measurements and data for various construction projects. This is a part-time position, offering a competitive salary of 900$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels
- Collect data and measurements to determine property boundaries, topography, and elevation
- Prepare survey reports and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Communicate with project managers to ensure accurate surveying for construction projects
- Adhere to all safety procedures while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field preferred
- Previous experience in land surveying is not required but considered an asset
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and CAD software
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Hours:
As this is a part-time position, the working hours will be flexible based on project needs. However, the average working hours will be approximately 20 hours per week.

Location:
This position is located in Funchal, Portugal. As we do not provide accommodation for this role, we prefer candidates who are currently residing in Funchal or nearby areas.
