We are hiring an Online English Tutor to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As an Online English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and engaging English language instruction to students of all ages and skill levels. You will work remotely from the comfort of your own home, utilizing online teaching tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver online English language lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels
- Use a variety of teaching techniques to engage and motivate students
- Provide timely feedback on student progress and areas for improvement
- Create lesson plans and materials based on students' individual needs
- Utilize online teaching tools and platforms effectively
- Collaborate with other tutors to share resources and best practices
- Communicate with parents or guardians as needed to provide updates on student progress

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1 year experience teaching English as a second language (ESL) to non-native speakers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment suitable for online teaching

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Funchal, Portugal. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
