Job Title: Plumber Technician



As a Plumber Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings. Your primary duty will be to ensure that water supply and drainage systems are functioning efficiently and safely. This is a full-time position based in Funchal, with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install pipes, fixtures, and appliances such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and dishwashers
- Repair or replace damaged pipes or plumbing fixtures
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow building codes and safety standards while performing tasks
- Collaborate with other professionals such as electricians and construction workers on projects
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' concerns and answering questions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to handle various tools including pipe cutters, wrenches, saws, etc.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred
- Valid biometric passport for international travel
- Ability to work full-time including weekends if required
- Salary: $1400 per month
