We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Funchal. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience in the field to gain valuable skills and experience. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to legally work in Funchal. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining office operations by organizing and coordinating administrative tasks and procedures. Your main duties will include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports. Attention to detail is a must, as you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information. This job is open to all genders and we strongly encourage women to apply.
