We have an urgent need for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Funchal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in contract management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. The successful candidate will also assist with contract renewals and amendments, maintain accurate records of all contracts, and coordinate communication between internal teams and external parties. This is a contract position with potential for extension. Salary is $1600/month. Portuguese language skills preferred.
