Administrator
We are currently hiring for an Administrator to join our team in Funchal. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our office. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling phone calls
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Manage inventory and office supplies
- Assist with invoicing and billing processes
- Liaise with clients and vendors in a professional manner
- Schedule meetings and appointments for staff members
- Support other team members with ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
