Body Repair Master

As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This includes assessing the damage, developing a repair plan, and using a variety of tools and techniques to complete the repairs. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all repairs meet industry standards and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assess the damage to vehicles and develop a repair plan
- Use a variety of tools and techniques to repair damaged areas
- Replace or repair damaged body parts as needed
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards for quality and safety
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients and addressing any concerns they may have
- Keep detailed records of all repairs, including parts used and labor hours
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements, techniques, and best practices
- Train and mentor junior body repair technicians as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role in an automotive setting
- Extensive knowledge of body repair techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to accurately assess vehicle damage and develop a suitable repair plan
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in reading technical diagrams and following instructions precisely
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
