Part-Time Office Manager in Funchal

We are currently hiring a part-time office manager for our company in Funchal. This role is perfect for someone without experience who is looking to gain valuable skills and experience in office management. As the office manager, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures, managing supplies and equipment, and providing administrative support to our team. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will work 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available. In addition to a salary of 1300$, we offer accommodation for the duration of your employment. Portuguese or English language proficiency is preferred but not required.
