Office Manager
We are hiring an Office Manager to join our team in Funchal! As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office. Your main duties will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Assist in budget planning and tracking expenses
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance when needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and legal requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with high accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
