We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Concierge Assistant to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and local area
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any other requests they may have during their stay
- Make recommendations for dining, entertainment, and activities based on guests' preferences
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk role is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be legally eligible to work in Portugal without visa sponsorship
