In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the hotel
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide insight for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of Funchal's hospitality market is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
