Concierge Assistant



The Concierge Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with day-to-day operations at a luxury hotel in Funchal, Portugal. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hospitality industry and must be able to work without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the hotel and local area
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities for guests
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain an organized lobby area and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of current events, attractions, and services available in Funchal

Requirements:
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options in Funchal

Working Conditions:
