Information Technology Manager vacancy in Braga Portugal

IT Manager
As the IT Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and operations in Braga. You will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing technology strategies to support business objectives, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems. This is a part-time position without accommodation or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives
- Oversee the daily operations of our company's technology infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure the security and efficiency of our systems through regular maintenance, updates, and backups
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and services
- Create and maintain documentation related to our technology systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience developing and implementing technology strategies to support business objectives
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management, and cloud computing
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals with varying levels of skill and experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
$1300 per month (part-time)
