Network and Systems Administrator


We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Braga. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our network and computer systems to ensure smooth operations. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$.

Main responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on network and computer systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as needed
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely stored
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and security settings
- Provide technical support to staff for network and system-related issues
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to the network infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, routers, switches
- Expertise in Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills.
